To Start

Homemade stilton & broccoli soup

Pork & chicken liver pate served with toasted brioche

Crayfish cocktail with a lime & martini dressing

Roquefort, fig & chestnut salad with balsamic dressing

Smoked chicken salad with mango & coriander rouille

 

Main Course

Chicken breast wrapped in bacon served with a creamy wild mushroom sauce, new potatoes & green beans

Slow roast turkey with sausage & cranberry stuffing, red wine gravy, goose fat roasties & seasonal vegetables

Lamb shank in merlot & rosmary jus served with creamy mashed potatoes & spiced red cabbage

Salmon fillet marinated in lime, coriander & ginger served with crushed new potatoes & mange tout

V. Gnocchi in a creamy watercress sauce with rocket leaf, parmesan & pesto

 

Dessert

Traditional Christmas pudding with brandy cream

Lemon & honey posset brulee with shortbread

Cornish Yarg cheese with onion marmalade & water biscuits

Orange & cointreau icecream
